HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?

You will get a confirmation mail of the placed order and will further notify you once it is dispatched from the warehouse.

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ON DELIVERY?

There are no shipping charges for orders in India. In case of international orders shipping charges are applicable

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

To make a cancellation, Please contact customer support within 24 hours from the time of order placed.

WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDERS WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?

In that case, please place a return for the product by sending us an email to contact@jg-gaming.com. Once the return request is placed we will pick the product and refund the whole amount without any additional cost.
